We highly recommend that you carefully review the Policies / Terms of Use (TOU) outlined below prior to placing any order, or purchasing any service on this site.  By using this site or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these policies and terms of use.  You are more than welcome to submit a request for clarification at any time via the "contact us" link located at the bottom of this page.  For our mutual safety, we universally enforce our Policies / Terms of Use with no exception.

• You must be an adult, at least 18 years of age to use this site or make any purchases.

• We operate in accordance with the local, state, and national laws of the United States of America.

• We exercise our protected rights and freedoms as addressed under the United States Constitution, including the protected freedoms of Religion and Expression as addressed under the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment.

• Violation / Obstruction of our protected rights will result in severe legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law - with no exception.  The infringing party shall be responsible for paying all related attorney fees, including but not limited to, plaintiff's (Nate Bales) attorney fees, court costs, and total substantiated damages incurred directly and indirectly.

• It is your responsibility to check your Local and National Laws for restrictions before using this Site, or proceeding with the purchase of related items or services.

• We respect and protect your personal privacy and data.  The general nature and/or specifics of any information discussed during personal consultations, commissioned work, or any other communication is held in strict confidence.

• We protect the confidentiality of your account details and only use them to fulfill your purchases, or provide information related to your purchases.

• We never share your personal information with unverified third parties.

• Strictly no refunds on the sales of any materials, memberships, or services rendered.

• In the unfortunate event of a consultation or workshop/seminar cancellation by administration, any prepaid bookings or reservations for the corresponding event will be fully refunded to all purchasers.

• No refunds for missed consultation appointments or workshops/seminars.

• In regard to consultation appointments, a 15-minute grace period is given from the booked appointment time to establish contact before the appointment is considered a "missed appointment".  You may absolutely reschedule an appointment for a purchased consultation service at any time, with documented notice of at least 24 hours in advance of the standing appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone.

• We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership where applicable.

• If any service has been purchased and it is refused or denied by administration for any reason after receiving the order, there will be a one-time refund of the purchase amount with a corresponding email notification to the purchaser – within three business days of the related purchase.  Additional orders adamantly placed by the refused will be non-refundable, with no service rendered. 

• You acknowledge that all content, materials, videos, text(s), images, designs, patterns (as well as any/all Four Thrones Ritual Magic techniques, terminology, materials, items, procedures, spirit  seals/sigils, specific mediums and methods of operation) in relation to  this Site or affiliated websites/operations, are the sole property of  Nate Bales / Four Thrones, protected under copyright, trademark, patent, patents-pending, and general service mark.  Use, production, reproduction, or derivative applications of any of the aforementioned without exclusive written permission is strictly prohibited.  All copyrights, trademarks, patents, patents-pending, designs, materials, and goods remain fully under the sole possession and ownership of Nate Bales.

• Mainstream science does not recognize the validity of the supernatural, the practice of magick, or the occult arts/sciences in general.  By using this website or making any purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging with any aspect of NateBales.com or Four Thrones as an independent, free-thinking adult, exercising personal views and choices made of your own free will.

• Nothing on this website is presented as "adult entertainment" and should not be regarded or approached as such.  All services and information, whether metaphysical or otherwise, are provided with the utmost integrity, in accordance with the operator's personal experience, practical knowledge, and expertise in the relevant art forms referenced throughout this site. 

• Nate Bales / Four Thrones does not guarantee success or specific end-results, as each unique situation contains a certain degree of varying and complicating factors, including, in most instances, certain duties and responsibilities required on the client's behalf.  Please contact us directly with ANY related questions or concerns that require clarification before proceeding with any purchase.  *Our highest priority is to create enjoyable experiences combined with highly rewarding and desirable outcomes for our clients – as our reviews and track-record legitimately reflect.

• Nate Bales / Four Thrones neither offers nor accepts any requests to perform ritual work designed or intended to hurt or kill anyone.  We do not provide those types of services, nor do we instruct others in the performance of such ritual workings under any circumstances.  We will not involve ourselves in the legal complexities associated with conspiring to commit harm towards anyone.  *Please do not even ask.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California (United States of America) and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts within Kern County, California for any disputes arising out of, or in relation to the use of this Site - consultation, sales, or otherwise. 

• You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site and any items or services purchased through it is at your own risk.  Nate Bales / Four Thrones shall not be held responsible for any harm, damage (of any type), or detrimental consequences resulting from your own beliefs, mental states, decisions made, or actions taken.

By using this Site, related services, it's communication mediums, or proceeding with any purchase you signify that you acknowledge, consent, and agree to this Site's Policies and Terms of Use (TOU) as set forth and defined above which apply to related business with Nate Bales, and/or Four Thrones.
